We currently ship all of our products out of one of our three warehouses. Our current warehouse locations are Salt Lake City(Utah), Knoxville(Tennesee) and Houston (Texas).This allows us to get 95% off all orders delivered in 3 days! We accept returns on all new, unopened, and unused products within 30 days from the date of purchase. As we have learned, kids vary greatly in size! We have based our recommendations for ages based on average heights collected from a USA government database. But since this information isn’t always the most accurate wefigured the best way to determine the best fit is to create a size chart with all productmeasurements to help you make the most informed decision possible. All of our products are powered by premier lead acidbatteries. On our product pages you will see battery specifications indicating the voltageand the amps. The voltage is the amount of power the battery provides and the ampsare the amount of time the battery is able to provide that level of power. Most of our carsare designed to have a run time of approximately 60 mins. Although the run time on your Lil Drivers can vary depending on the following factors: terrain type, weight, lights,music, a/c etc. Additional functions outside of normal riding will drain the battery faster.Please check out our run time chart for more information:

Lil Drivers offers free shipping for all orders placed in thecontinental United States. We are able to offer free shipping on our products because it is already calculated into the product price.

Unfortunately we do not have the option for customers to pick up products in person. In order to provide our customers with the best possiblepricing our business model is designed to be Direct To Consumer via online retail only.

All products purchased through Lil Drivers are eligible for a 3-month warranty against all manufacturing defects. We previously offered a 12-month warranty on all products, but unfortunately, some customers took advantage of the program and resold parts for profit. Lil Drivers offers free shipping for all orders placed in the continental United States. We unfortunately are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. During checkout, please review the shipping cost estimates – on average, the shipping cost is approximately $600 USD since our product box dimensions are extremely large.

We do not have the capabilities to capture multiple payment options per order on our end. If you are purchasing more than one item and want to use different payments, we recommend creating two separate orders. If you are planning on splitting the cost with someone for a gift, we recommend using a payment platform such as Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp to transfer funds with your purchasing partner.

We unfortunately do not offer expedited shipping at this time. The products at Lil Drivers are shipped in large and heavy boxes, which are very expensive to ship. The cost of expedited shipping is hundreds of dollars, typically more than what the item costs. In addition, there are many regulations when it comes to shipping items with lead-acid batteries, making the logistics complicated. For this reason, Lil Drivers is unable to offer expedited shipping.

All products placed are processed and shipped out in 2-3business days. We are unable to ship products on Saturday and Sunday due torestrictions with FedEx.

The majority of our products are shipped out via FedExGround shipping service. FedEx Ground has allowed us to provide the fastest and mostreliable shipping to our customers.

As Lil Drivers evolves and grows due to the high demand for products, we do have periods where products are out of stock. The product you are interested in is scheduled to be back in stock on (insert date). Please keep in mind that these dates are estimates, and unforeseen circumstances in our supply chain can cause further delays.
